Our products are crafted in small batches using simple, powerful ingredients and premium materials. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible:
Item must have been purchased directly from our website.
You must provide your order number.
Product must be at least 75% full (we want you to try it).
We package carefully, but glass can occasionally break in transit.
If your order arrives damaged:
Email us within 7 days of delivery.
Include photos of the damaged item and packaging.
We will replace the item or issue a refund immediately.
No need to return broken glass.

Once your return is approved:
Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
